A large real estate firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, knowledge of payroll processes, and excellent interpersonal skills to help foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with payroll processes and employee records
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Managing employee inquiries and HR correspondence
Coordinating HR programs, trainings, and events
Assisting with compliance and maintaining HR databases
Ideal Qualifications:
At least 2 years of HR experience required
Strong knowledge of payroll processes
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
