Help Build the Workforce Behind Critical Infrastructure Projects

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is a certified Women Business Enterprise providing occupational medical and risk management services across 25+ states. We support construction, industrial, and corporate clients nationwide with onsite clinics, medical staffing, and compliance-driven workforce solutions.

We are seeking a Recruiting-focused HR Coordinator who will take ownership of full-cycle hiring while supporting benefits administration and Workers’ Compensation processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-state recruiting and understands the operational side of HR.

Primary Focus: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support

Full-Cycle Recruiting (Primary Responsibility)

  • Manage recruitment for multi-state roles (medical, field, administrative)
  • Draft and post job ads (Indeed, social media, job boards)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage offer letters and onboarding paperwork
  • Track hiring metrics and recruiting pipeline activity
  • Support workforce planning for project-based hiring

HR Operations & Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment
  • Serve as liaison with insurance brokers and benefit providers
  • Process new hire enrollments and qualifying life events
  • Maintain benefit documentation and compliance records
  • Support 401(k) coordination and employee questions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records

Workers’ Compensation & Risk Support

  • Manage Workers’ Compensation claims from intake through resolution
  • Coordinate incident documentation with managers
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters
  • Track claim status and maintain organized records
  • Assist employees with claim-related documentation
  • Monitor compliance with WC reporting requirements

Additional HR Support

  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist with unemployment claims documentation
  • Support employee relations documentation as needed
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws
  • Update HR policies and procedures as assigned

Qualifications

✔ 3–5+ years of HR experience with strong recruiting background
✔ Proven full-cycle recruiting experience (required)
✔ Experience administering employee benefits
✔ Workers’ Compensation claims management experience
✔ Strong organizational and documentation skills
✔ Experience working in a multi-state environment preferred
✔ Ability to work strictly in-office in Bethel Park
