This position is full time on-site Monday-Friday.
The Human Resources Coordinator provides responsive, customer‑focused support to internal and external customers of the Human Resources Department. This role coordinates key HR workflows and handles administrative functions related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and separation processes. The Coordinator supports Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other HR functions through project coordination, tracking, reporting, documentation, and process management. This position completes all essential HR support functions with a high level of accuracy and timeliness and participates in HR initiatives, events, and department projects as assigned.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Supports departmental file management, document organization, and audit-readiness activities
2. Coordinates the HRRC/job requisition process including preparing agendas and distributing weekly
3. Keep log of temps and travelers
4. May assist with sourcing for select roles if needed
5. Coordinates interview logistics including panel scheduling, candidate communication, and preparing interview itineraries
6. Generates status change letters for promotions, transfers, and employment changes
7. Coordinates visa and immigration documentation
8. Serves as the primary point of contact when HR Partners are unavailable
9. Helps coordinate HR programs and employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition functions
10. Tracks HR metrics and produces periodic reports, including turnover and retention reporting
11. Coordinate workforce development initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred.
One year HR experience required, One to Three years office environment experience preferred.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS preferred.
