Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain both physical and digital HR files
Assist with transitioning documents into our digital filing system (ADP)
Upload employee files accurately and securely into ADP
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Help ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks and HR documentation
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail is a must
Experience handling confidential information
Prior exposure to ADP or digital HR filing systems is a plus
Reliable, organized, and able to hit the ground running
