As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and benefits enrollment.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process.
  • Administering benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee programs.
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year college degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, as well as benefits administration.
