Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, and data management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across the HR function and support both employees and managers in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
Coordinate, administer and lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, background checks, and compliance paperwork.
Act as a point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding period.
Offboarding
Support offboarding activities including exit paperwork, system access removal, and final communications.
Ensure leaver data is accurately captured and processed in a timely manner.
HRIS & Data Management
Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Support the process of employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, employee changes, running reports and ensuring accuracy in the system.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality are upheld at all times.
Employee & Third-Party Queries
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Create and respond to HR tickets
Liaise with external vendors or government agencies to respond to third-party requests (e.g., employment verifications).
Benefits & Manager Support
Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrolment, queries, and changes.
Provide general HR support to managers, including policy guidance and system navigation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s degree or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in HR related roles advantageous

Compensation Pay Range
$27-$38
