Salary: Up to $65,000 annually with fully paid benefits.
Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits renewals, recruiting assistance, and maintaining HR compliance. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage benefits administration and annual renewals
Support recruiting efforts and applicant communication
Administer 401(k), short-term disability, and life insurance programs
Maintain HR data and documentation using Paycor software
Collaborate with the Controller on various HR functions
Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR or administrative support preferred
Familiarity with Paycor or similar HRIS tools
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
