We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support HR processes and safety operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and follows through time-sensitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Support
- Provide backup support for onboarding and HR processes as needed.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee communication and general HR inquiries.
- Support HR projects and administrative tasks.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Safety & Operations
- Coordinate safety training and drug testing.
- Track and manage compliance items.
- Maintain safety systems and reporting.
- Support in safety documentation and incident reporting as needed.
- Assist with random testing programs.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/Safety Systems a plus
