  • Coordinate offboarding checklists, exit paperwork, and notifications to IT and Facilities.
  • Assist employees with timekeeping and benefits questions by gathering information and routing inquiries to payroll or HR partners.
  • Support timekeeping compliance by monitoring submissions and flagging issues for review.
  • Coordinate employee luncheons, appreciation events, and morale-building activities.
  • Assist with posting notices, distributing communications, and supporting site-wide updates.
  • Help reinforce a positive and welcoming workplace culture through consistent onsite presence.
  • Assist with audits, data requests, and routine HR reporting.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain an approachable, service-oriented HR presence aligned with the philosophy: “We help—it’s what we do.”

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
