As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing various administrative and operational HR tasks. This positions primary focus involves coordinating recruiting activities, administering training and recognition programs, and providing general HR and team support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support:
Administer and update the recruiting tracker by adding, updating, or deleting job postings as needed.
Manage Indeed sponsorships, including creating, monitoring, and removing posts once positions are filled.
Create and maintain job descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Utilize recruiting analytics reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Develop and distribute full-time job postings and communicate them to store locations.
Serve as a liaison for external recruiting contacts and provide operational support for management trainee programs and other ad hoc recruiting needs.
Coordinate job fair materials and logistics as required.
Training & Recognition:
Administer the Service Award Program
Manage training records, including ServSafe and ASK certifications, and ensure proper filing in Dayforce.
Retrieve and manage recognition program nominations and suggestions.
Create and maintain learning content, including updating learning guides annually and supporting workshop/meeting logistics.
Utilize Canva to design training materials and prepare monthly communication boards.
HR Administration:
Reset HRIS passwords and provide technical support to employees.
Prepare and assemble communication packets for store distribution.
Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including mail preparation and support for remote team members.
Team Support:
Provide backup support for HR team members during vacations or absences.
Assist with general team tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Minimum position requirements:
Associates degree minimum; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Previous office administration experience
Proven mid-level to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Proven aptitude in proofreading: spelling, grammar and overall content clarity
Extra Awesome:
Previous experience in HR
Professionally certified in Human Resources (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, aPHR)
Additional position details:
Non-exempt hourly position
Office hours typically are M-F 8am – 4pm
Expected to work 40 hours a week
