Our HR Strategic Placements Division is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator/Generalist to support our client onsite in Syracuse, NY. This role will begin as part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time, interim position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and a strong foundation in HR administrative support functions. 

Position Details:

  • Location: Onsite/hybrid, Syracuse, NY
  • Schedule: 2-3 days/week, up to 20 hours/week
What You’ll Do: As an HR Consultant with HR Works, your expertise is valued and trusted. You’ll provide hands-on support in areas such as:
  • Provide HR administrative support 
  • Maintain employee files
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews
  • Assist with recruitment and new hire onboarding
  • ADP employee maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or HR administrative capacity
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience with ADP WFN
