Position Overview:
The Division HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting retail stores across the division by delivering exceptional customer service and managing a wide range of HR functions. This role is responsible for coordinating division-wide HR projects and processes, resolving paryoll and HRIS issues, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
High School diploma or G.E.D.
5 + years of office experience, ideally in Human Resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft and managing large databases.
Familiarity with HR practices and relevant federal/state regulations
Strong customer service skills and experience handling confidential information
Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments
Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal Skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly and holiday payroll for Division Office Team
Provide HR team support through research, reporting, and query management
Handle Business Ethics communications and conduct initial follow-ups
Maintain and audit HR database records; identify and implement process improvements
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, training setup, and orientation scheduling
Support HR initiatives such as imaging, payroll, and document retention
Assist HR Managers with quarterly bonus verification for retail teams
Administer incentive payments for Operations Specialists, Store Directors, Relief Store Directors, and Pharmacy Managers
Resolve payroll, HRIS, and administrative issues for retail staff; manage help desk tickets
Process terminations for key retail roles
Upload contest payouts and communicate payroll updates to store teams
Collaborate with Pharmacy Payroll Coordinators on job data changes
Administrator relocation packages and ensure proper documentation
Process Final Pay, on-Demand checks, and off-cycle payments
Ensure accurate position management for backstage roles
Administer company recognition programs
Manage unemployment compensation responses in coordination with stores and HR teams
Perform other duties as assigned by the division.
Travel Requirement
Up to 5% division wide
