Key Responsibilities:

  • Run reports from Workday to ensure complete participant lists for learning programs
  • Assist with scheduling employees for learning cohorts
  • Coordinate training day logistics to ensure appropriate room set up and learning environment
  • Communicate with participants in timely manner to ensure course attendance
  • Track attendance at courses and update tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate reporting
  • Track accepted/declined attendees and coordinate with TD Managers to fill class to appropriate count
  • Follow up with non-attendees to enroll in another course offering to ensure attendance goals
  • Submit EIB to Workday to update employee records for old information and new graduates
  • Review Workday data and ensure accuracy  
  • Compile course feedback survey responses
  • Coordinate logistics for employee training sessions and assist in tracking attendance and completion.
  • Ensure graduation certificates are created and distributed
  • Maintain training calendars and ensure rooms are scheduled and set up for training environment.  
  • Analyze training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with tracking development plans and progression for employees.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications regarding upcoming training opportunities.
  • Support initiatives to increase employee engagement with learning programs.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience; manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with regular interaction on the production floor.
  • Involvement with hourly and unionized workforce environments.
  • May occasionally be required to support off-hours activities depending on business needs.
