EIT Zollner is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator/Reception Specialist to join our team in our Salem, NH location! EIT is a Contract Manufacturer specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services and serves customers in the sectors of Industry, Communications, Aerospace, Defense and Healthcare.

Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator is a dynamic and fast paced position with dual functions in Human Resources and as a Reception Specialist.  The HR Coordinator assists the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Human Resources and Company policies and procedures.  The Reception Specialist’ focus is creating a positive and professional impression on all who enter the facility.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone new to HR who wants growth and development.

HR Functions:

  • Maintain files and records, onboarding and offboarding, assist with payroll
  • Assist in managing employee relations
  • Recruiting new talent for the organization
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Manager
  • Other duties as needed
     

Reception Specialist Functions:

  • Welcome all guest
  • Coordinate all employee recognition and office events
  • Coordinate office supplies
  • Provides administrative and operational support to CEO/President
  • Other duties as needed


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 – 2 years professional experience in related field
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
  • Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
  • Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
  • Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
  • Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 


Working Conditions:
Normal office environment

9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off
