WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Assist with the talent acquisition process, which may include scheduling and interviewing
Ensure all steps of the pre-employment process are successfully completed prior to new hire orientation
Assist with new hire orientation
Prepare and organize new hire documents, benefit enrollments, 401(k) information and additional resources as needed
Maintain and organize personnel records, prepare mailings, and assist with other administrative functions
Perform employee service functions by responding promptly and professionally to employee requests
Manage the company anniversary program, apparel program and employee recognition program
Promote and support Badger Liquor’s wellness and inclusion initiatives
Support the writing, revising and reviewing of work instructions, process/procedure documents
Assist with the coordination of company events such as open enrollment, training events, holiday gift, etc.
Build and maintain professional relationships with employees, management and external sources (customers, vendors, etc.)
Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional matter
Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field desirable
2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred
