Our client, a respected industry leader in the Consumer Products space, is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join their flagship manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Site HR Leader, this role provides end-to-end HR support across multiple departments, with a focus on employee and labor relations, compliance, training, and HR program execution. Youโll collaborate cross-functionally and work alongside corporate HR and Centers of Excellence to drive cultural and operational excellence.
Support and implement HR initiatives across employee relations, labor relations, benefits, and training.
Lead compliance-driven programs such as EEO, AAP, unemployment, litigation, terminations, retention, and severance.
Partner with Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and Finance to ensure aligned HR operations.
Champion diversity and inclusion programs while ensuring legal compliance with EEO/AAP standards.
Play an active role in team engagement, morale, and communication to support company growth and innovation.
Bachelorโs degree (completed or near completion)
3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing plant environment
Experience in medium-to-large facilities (350+ employees)
Union experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
Familiarity with Lean initiatives a bonus
Demonstrated ability to lead through collaboration and change management
