Location: Franklin, WI
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR Generalist to support our Franklin facility. This role will play a key part in driving recruiting efforts, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions
• Partner with leadership to support staffing needs and workforce planning
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits, HR policies, and time &
attendance
• Support employee relations, including addressing concerns and assisting with
performance management
• Coordinate and attend job fairs and community recruiting events
• Assist with training, onboarding, and HR administrative functions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
• Strong experience in recruiting and onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
