HR Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations and employee engagement initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Warren, NJ and works closely with leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations activities
• Assist with performance management and HR-related initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and support
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR compliance, policies, and internal procedures
• Assist with training and development initiatives
• Promote a positive and professional work environment
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1+ year of Human Resources experience preferred
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
