Connsci is seeking an HR Generalist who will play a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle within a GovCon environment. This role will be responsible for key HR operations including payroll, onboarding/offboarding, compliance reporting, benefits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and brings experience with iSolved and small business HR functions.

Location: This role will be able to work primarily remotely (up to 90%) but does require occasional office time for team meetings/collaborative initiatives, new hire onboarding, or other activities as needed.
