They’re now hiring a hands -on HR leader to build the people infrastructure as the team scales from 12 to 40+ employees.<\/span><\/div>
You’ll oversee the entire HR value chain — from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, compensation, and compliance, to culture and leadership development. - 7 -15+ years’ experience across the full HR generalist spectrum (USA employment law, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, learning & development)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven success hiring and retaining top talent in high -growth tech, fintech, or crypto environments<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong network and relationships with specialist talent in quantitative trading, technology, data science, and digital finance<\/span>
<\/li>- Confident, proactive communicator able to influence at all levels<\/span>
<\/li>- Comfortable working in a dynamic, distributed (remote + hybrid) team environment<\/span>
