Job Summary: We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will run the daily functions of the HR department including accurately administering pay and benefits while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately
- On-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Benefits administration
- Provide staffing support, including payroll and benefit related questions
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and resolve payroll tax notices
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Policy implementation, including review / update of current policies and development of others as needed
- Implement system enhancements and process improvements
- File year-end tax forms and support various annual regulatory audits
Qualifications

Prior experience in human resources or payroll

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
