Job Summary: We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will run the daily functions of the HR department including accurately administering pay and benefits while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately
  • On-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Benefits administration
  • Provide staffing support, including payroll and benefit related questions
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and resolve payroll tax notices
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Policy implementation, including review / update of current policies and development of others as needed
  • Implement system enhancements and process improvements
  • File year-end tax forms and support various annual regulatory audits
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in human resources or payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to improve
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
