Job Position: Temp possible Temp to Hire HR Generalist

Job Duties/Responsibilities - Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records in compliance with Federal and State regulations. - Ensure adherence to licensing requirements with HHSC and other relevant regulatory bodies. - Administer and manage employee data and payroll processes using ADP. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing bilingual support to staff as needed. - Oversee compliance with Texas Workforce Commission regulations and ensure organizational policies align with legal standards. - Facilitate employee health and safety processes, including coordination with Concentra for workplace health services. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals. - Provide training and guidance to management and staff on HR-related topics, including labor laws and workplace best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements - SHRM Certification is required. - Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is essential. - Proven experience in HR Generalist functions, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. - Familiarity with Federal and State labor laws and regulations. - Proficiency in using HR software and systems, including ADP. - Knowledge of HHSC licensing requirements and Texas Workforce regulations. - Experience coordinating with workplace health services, such as Concentra. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a temporary position and adapt quickly to organizational needs.
