Human Resources Generalist

You’ll work with a team that is transforming how the business thinks of HR. Become a trusted partner, address concerns before it’s too late, and identify ways to solve critical issues.
In this role, you will:
- Advise leaders on recruitment and selection, promotions, transfers, and employee relations. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders to include coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with leaders and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Guide leaders on processes such as workforce planning, succession planning, performance evaluations, talent reviews, merit increases, and career coaching.
- Support leaders and employees with HR related questions such as benefits and policy interpretation.
- Support field offices by building relationships through on-site visits.
- Maintain accuracy of data in HRIS system (UKG).
- Ensure compliance with policies and any relevant federal, state or local legislation
- Participate in professional development sessions and/or seminars
What skills do I need to bring?
- HR Generalist experience (approximately 6-8 years)
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work in an organized manner with excellent follow-through on deliverables
- Ability to adapt easily to change and manage multiple demands on your time
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
