Position Summary

As our HR Generalist, you will do just that - and more. You will partner closely with our Director of HR to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment where every voice is valued, and every team member feels seen.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Attract and source diverse, mission-aligned candidates
  • Manage job postings across platforms and social media
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and needs
  • Represent Trinity Alliance at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Lead resume screening, interviews, and offer processes
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and compliance with labor laws
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and employee records
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Develop employee engagement strategies in partnership with leadership
  • Identify and coordinate employee training and development opportunities
  • Organize team-building events and activities
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend improvements
  • Manage internal communication platforms like the intranet and MS Teams
  • Coordinate welcoming, informative new hire orientations

Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay current with HR trends, laws, and best practices
  • Support the development of inclusive and equitable HR policies
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all matters
  • Provide ongoing support to the Director of HR

QUALIFICATIONS:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and labor law compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills

Salary $55,000 - $65,000

In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a range of valuable benefits, including 14 paid holidays, health insurance starting at the beginning of your first full month of employment, and immediate accrual of sick leave. Personal time will also be available from your first day on the job.
