HR Generalist

OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team and provide support in multiple areas of HR. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness Assist with the processing of payroll, including data entry, verifying information, and resolving discrepancies Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as needed Assist in employee onboarding and hiring processes as needed Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations May assist with various HR processes including but not limited to: employee leave requests, talent, workers compensation, employee relations, payroll REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 2+ years of experience in HR and/or System Administration, preferably in Ceridian Dayforce Moderate to expert skill level in Microsoft Excel Ability to keep information confidential and secure, with an understanding of information security standards Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively COMPENSATION: This is an annual-based salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year. Compensation is based on experience.
