ProMach is seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing global team. This role combines HR compliance oversight, day-to-day HR support, and coordination of learning and development initiatives. You will manage required reporting and documentation, provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, and help design and deliver programs that build skills, improve engagement, and support business goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Ensure Compliance and Policy Alignment

  • Ensure HR compliance requirements are met and complete all required reporting, including EEO, California Pay Data, and workforce metrics
  • Partner with other teams to provide compliance-related reporting for Environmental Health and Safety, pay and wage data, and workforce demographics
  • Maintain and distribute compliance materials such as labor law posters
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company practices

Support and Strengthen People Operations

  • Manage HR and payroll system updates, onboarding, terminations, and leaves of absence requests while ensuring accurate employee data in Workday and with third-party providers
  • Administer performance management programs and provide policy guidance to managers
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, job descriptions, and onboarding
  • Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and HR processes

Advance Learning, Development, and Talent Programs

  • Maintain a repository of branded templates, toolkits, and program materials
  • Assign learning content in the LMS, track completions, and manage session rosters
  • Coordinate learning and development programs, including agendas, materials, logistics, and vendor partnerships
  • Process vendor invoices and work with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate chargebacks

Leverage Data and Drive HR Initiatives

  • Collect and analyze data from Workday, LMS, ATS, and surveys to monitor key talent metrics such as onboarding, hire quality, learning satisfaction, and exit feedback
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and use analytics to identify trends in hiring, retention, and workforce demographics, recommending solutions as needed
  • Lead and coordinate corporate HR initiatives and special projects, serving as a liaison between corporate HR and division HR leaders to ensure program and reporting alignment

What You’ll Bring to Our Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including exposure to compliance, generalist work, and/or learning program coordination
  • Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday), LMS, and Microsoft Office Suite; ATS experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance reporting requirements and labor law fundamentals
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, research data, and recommend process improvements
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
