As an HR Generalist, you’ll be at the center of it all by supporting hiring, onboarding, benefits, and employee records while helping create a positive employee experience. You’ll guide candidates from offer to first day, support employees with benefits and HR questions, and help keep our people processes organized, compliant, and running strong.
Below is what you will be responsible for:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to support timely and effective hiring decisions
Conduct onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
Handle offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system updates
Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR systems
Prepare and provide accurate employee data to support payroll processing, ensuring timely updates related to new hires, terminations, and employee changes
Support performance management processes by tracking timelines and coordinating communications
Assist with HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations
QUALIFICATIONS
HS Diploma or Equivalent and at least three (3) years of generalist experience.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ATS systems and onboarding
Experience with benefits administration and an understanding of insurance terms.
Proficiency in HRIS systems
Bi-Lingual is a PLUS**
