HR Generalist

The HR Generalist at Blue Bird Property, LLC is a strategic position responsible for leading and managing comprehensive HR functions across the organization. As the primary HR contact, this individual oversees recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits, training coordination, and HR operations. The role requires a self-motivated professional with deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a decentralized, multi-site environment. Primary ad location for this position is Carson City, NV. Additional options for location may be available.

The HR Generalist reports to the CEO and will work in a regular, full-time position.
