Role Overview​
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing US office. This role will focus on core HR
operations and employee support, including onboarding, HR programs, performance review
cycles, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Generalist will also partner with internal
stakeholders to support hiring activities and ensure a strong candidate and onboarding
experience.​
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with teams in a fast-paced,
engineering-driven environment.​

Key Responsibilities​
HR Generalist Responsibilities ​
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee support for the US office​
• Coordinate and deliver a smooth new hire onboarding experience​
• Assist in managing HR programs such as performance review cycles, employee engagement,
and internal communications​
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS / system updates​
• Support managers and employees on HR processes, policies, and employee relations matters​
• Help coordinate team-building activities, events, and office culture initiatives​
• Partner with HR leadership on process improvement and program implementation​
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting resources to support hiring needs​
• Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer process
support​
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding transition​Qualifications​

Required​
• 3–7+ years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or similar role​
• Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, employee support, and HR
program coordination​
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills​
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities​
• Ability to work onsite in an office environment​
• Authorization to work in the United States​

Preferred​
• Experience supporting technical or engineering teams​
• Exposure to recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support​
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment​
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems​
Compensation: $122,000.00 per year
