The HR Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for delivering a broad range of HR support and services. This role will contribute to day -to -day HR operations, support talent management initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The HR Generalist partners closely with employees and managers to foster a positive and productive work environment.                          <\/span><\/b><\/span>

<\/p>

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Administer HRIS data entry and employee file maintenance in accordance with company policies and legal requirements<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Oversee employee relations by resolving issues and conducting preliminary investigations as needed<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Partner with managers to facilitate performance reviews, talent development plans, and employee engagement activities<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support training initiatives and help coordinate learning and development programs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics and analytics to guide decision -making<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Guides, trains, and directs managers and employees on the implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.) and company compliance.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Anticipates and responds to changing business needs and serves as a change advocate/agent on company wide strategies and initiatives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Performs core HR functions such as Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Offboarding, etc.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Serves as an extension of the Safety Team for the assigned site(s) (workers compensation, incidents investigation, safety committee, etc.)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Other duties can be assigned based on company needs and employee capabilities.<\/span>
