Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations expanding to 4 states / 11 locations. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting HR policies, supporting employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Onboarding
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
· Coordinate with department heads to define job requirements.
· Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and referrals.
· Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
· Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
· Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
