Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a full-time HR Generalist in our Human Resources department at our Taylorsville Headquarters.

Overview:

Granger Medical Clinic is seeking an HR Generalist to support hiring needs across more than 25 clinic locations. This role manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and essential HR functions that help keep our teams staffed and supported.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience and education

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, competencies, and qualifications
  • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and job postings
  • Develop recruitment initiatives and marketing materials to attract applicants
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly staffing reports
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers; and manage full-cycle recruitment
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Coordinate participation in job fairs and recruiting events
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, and community organizations
  • Respond to employee questions and provide general HR support
  • Organize and maintain employee files; prepare new hire files
  • Lead onboarding and orientation tasks using ATS/HRIS systems
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Perform other HR responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Professional and ethical presentation and communication
  • Awareness of organizational needs, employee experience, and public image
  • Experience managing full life cycle recruiting

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Human Resources experience required
  • 3+ years job specific experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Primarily sedentary role; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs
  • Frequent computer and office equipment use
  • Indoor, climate-controlled environment
