Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to ensure a positive workplace culture and consistent HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all core HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration
• Coordinate hiring process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling
• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
• Maintain HRIS and employee records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with employee relations issues and workplace investigations
• Administer and support employee benefits and answer employee questions
• Track and support performance review processes
• Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Assist with HR audits and reporting
• Partner with managers to support staffing and performance needs

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources (HR Generalist or similar role)
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion handling confidential information
