Right now, we are looking for the ideal HR Generalist to add to our incredible team. Our perfect HR Generalist is a strong communicator and relationship builder who delivers results and contributes to a high-performing, people-focused culture.
The HR Generalist plays a vital role in keeping the organization running seamlessly through every stage of the employee lifecycle. This position drives efficiency and accuracy across recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS data management, and compliance documentation. As the operational backbone of the HR team, the HR Generalist ensures processes run smoothly, supports a positive employee experience, and contributes to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Top Responsibilities:
Administer payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance documentation.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-leadership roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Support employee relations by documenting issues and escalating strategic concerns to HRBP.
Maintain accurate HRIS records, reporting, and dashboards.
Assist in performance management processes, including review cycles and goal tracking.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
Support HR Manager in special projects, training initiatives, and engagement programs.
Serves as the backup for when the HR Manager is out of the office.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
2 years full cycle recruitment experience.
2-3 years HR generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, recruiting, HRIS, and compliance.
High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
