Mission of the Position
The HR Generalist & Executive Assistant is a trusted, detail-oriented professional who supports the people, culture, and operational heartbeat of the organization. This role blends hands-on HR administration, recruiting coordination, compliance execution, office operations, and executive support.
This person is often the first point of contact for Mirazon employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors and plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth employee experience, compliant HR practices, and well-run internal meetings and events.
Key Accountabilities
Human Resources Administration
• Oversee Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
• BambooHR Platform Administration
• Maintain Employee Handbook and Company Policies
• Maintain Federal and State Workplace Compliance Posters
• Coordinate and Execute Required Compliance Training
• Monitor Performance Review Compliance
• Assist with Insurance and Benefits Administration
Recruiting & Talent Support
• Applicant Tracking System Administration
• Interview Assistance
• Culture Index Platform Administrator
Employee Engagement & Culture
• eNPS and BPTW Employee Survey Execution and Reporting
• Employee Recognition Program Execution and Administration
• Company Event Coordination and Planning Assistance
Executive & Leadership Team Support
• Support the Leadership Team with special projects as assigned
• Meeting Scheduling and Internal Event Coordination
Office & Facilities Operations
• Maintain Office Supply, Pantry, and Housekeeping Supply Inventory
• Coordinate Building Maintenance & Cleaning Services
• Maintain Shared Spaces (Conference & Training Rooms, Kitchen, etc)
• Track Facility Issues & Escalations
• Collect & Distribute USPS mail
Asset & Systems Coordination
• Manage Client IT Asset Disposal
• Coordinate and Maintain Company Intranet (SharePoint)
Key Criteria/Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
• 3-6+ years in a combination of HR administration, executive assistant or operations support
• Hands-on experience with employee onboarding/offboarding, HR systems (HRIS/ATS), HR Policies and Compliance, and Recruiting
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information
