SUMMARY:The Human Resource (HR) Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties and works closely with HR management and business managers in supporting designated regions or groups. This position carries out responsibilities in various HR functional areas, including benefits administration, leave management, rewards and recognition, and payroll processing.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; 3-5 years of related work experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
DESIRABLE: HR experience in the healthcare industry. Paylocity HRIS experience.
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS: · PHR or SPHR Certification a plus.
