Position Responsibilities Include: 

Talent Acquisition 

As an individual who thinks outside of the box, use your knowledge of the labor market and recruitment to explore new approaches to attract the right talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand the requirements of the positions and the attributes of the individual needed to ensure success.
  • Identify channels for sourcing and the recruitment of manufacturing, engineering, technicians, supply chain, and administrative roles.
  • Conduct searches, review resumes, pre-screen and interview candidates, while building a strong candidate pipeline and future talent pool. Find not only those active candidates but the passive ones, who may be the exceptional fit to grow with the Company.
  • Assist with internal and external hiring efforts. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to accurately track and progress applicants through the selection process.
  • Onboard new employees to welcome them to our team by providing an overview of the Company, Culture, and Career Opportunities available for their future growth.

Training & Development

  • Develop career pathways and learning opportunities to help employees advance and reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that build technical, leadership, and professional skills across the organization.
  • Introduce innovative learning methods—from workshops and e-learning to hands-on coaching.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously improve programs based on feedback and results.
  • Support employee onboarding with structured programs that ensure long-term success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning that aligns with our growth and commitment to excellence.

You will support various HR department initiatives, contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and administrative needs. Additionally, you will recommend new approaches and procedures to drive continuous improvement in departmental efficiency and the services provided.

Position Requirements Include:

  • A bachelor's degree and two to five (2-5) years of related experience, and SHRM certification, a plus.
  • HR experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant computer skills using social media channels for communication and recruitment.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and virtual training tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems, Applicant 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Must be a U.S. citizen based on ITAR & NOFORN requirements.
