HR Generalist – Fabrication Center

Key Obsessions:

• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

Lead recruitment effort for the Fabrication Center, ensuring alignment with the skillset and culture fit. 

Manage applicant tracking, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding processes.

Participate in new hire orientation to welcome and integrate new team members.

• Team Member Engagement and Experience

Work with supervisors and team members to address personal issues, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. 

Serve as a trusted resource for team members, answering questions on payroll, benefits, policies, and procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Human Resources Operations and Compliance

Maintain HR records, training documentation, and benefit administration, including support for audits.

Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved weekly.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistence.

Assist with team celebrations and engagement initiatives.

• Greet and Welcome Guests

Greet and direct clients, visitors, and guests.

Order and maintain office supplies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field plus 2 years human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Professional Human Resource Certification preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment helpful.
• Requires a perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Experience with Microsoft products including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as required.
