Job Summary:


We are seeking an HR Generalist with recruiting experience to administer day-to-day HR operations and manage recruitment. 


Responsibilities:


  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and conflicts, performance management, and policy development and enforcement
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, and offers
  • Own the onboarding process to ensure a smooth new-hire experience, including documentation and orientation
  • Coordinate training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and development opportunities
  • Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Manage offboarding including separations, exit interviews, and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications
  • Coordinate basic office operations, including managing office supplies and vendor deliveries
  • Administer in-office employee amenities and logistics, including weekly team lunches, office events, and assisting with day-to-day workplace needs


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting in the IT or technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment

 

Employment Terms:  Full-time, Exempt, Salary.  100% in-office.  Eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability) and 401(k) after introductory period.  Typical business hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed holidays.
