In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on policies, and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes, assist with goal setting, and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Health & Safety: Monitor workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports on employee metrics, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or related fields, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
