Are you passionate about building strong workplace cultures and supporting employees at every stage of their journey? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people operations. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on policies, and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Support performance review processes, assist with goal setting, and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Health & Safety: Monitor workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports on employee metrics, turnover, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or related fields, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
