Key Responsibilities:
Support HR functions for assigned departments, including employee relations, benefits, labor relations, and organizational development.
Assist in implementing HR programs and policies in compliance with legal and corporate standards (EEO, AAP, diversity, retention, turnover, severance, etc.).
Partner with HR peers and other business support departments such as Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR best practices, policy interpretation, and performance management.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and workforce development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
Union environment experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
