About the Role: 

As a HR Generalist/Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying top healthcare talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical teams to ensure our workforce is staffed with skilled professionals. 
Salary: $47,000 - $49,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage job listings for clinical and non-clinical roles.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.

  • Coordinate interviews with department leads and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Assist with reference checks and background screenings.

  • Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to department leaders to support informed hiring decisions.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and ensuring completion of required documentation.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS/ATS systems.

  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.

  • Assist with employee relations by helping address general HR questions and escalating concerns as needed.

  • Help ensure company HR policies are up to date and consistently followed.

  • Support compliance efforts related to labor laws, credentialing requirements, and organizational policies.

  • Coordinate training sessions, compliance training reminders, or employee engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar Human Resources role
  • 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing or credentialing is a plus. 

Education: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
