HR Generalist / Recruiter

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role is more than just an HR seat — it’s a culture‑building, people‑first position. As our HR Generalist/Recruiter, you’ll handle a variety of core HR functions with confidence and professionalism — from recruiting top talent to supporting payroll, benefits, and employee relations. You’ll also get to roll up your sleeves for event planning and culture initiatives that keep our team engaged and inspired.
Local candidates only: You must be based in Tallahassee, FL or nearby South GA (Thomas or Grady Counties). Relocation is not offered.
Full‑cycle recruiting (industrial/manufacturing experience is a plus)
Payroll administration and accuracy oversight
Employee relations and day‑to‑day HR support
Benefits support and onboarding assistance
Event planning and culture‑driven initiatives
2–5 years of HR Generalist experience covering recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and payroll
Proven experience with industrial or manufacturing recruiting preferred
Strong work ethic with a friendly, team‑oriented vibe
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to represent and reinforce our values in every interaction
