Love recruiting great people and supporting them once they’re hired? We’re looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting and benefits administration to help manage the full employee lifecycle—from hiring through ongoing support.
What you’ll do:
- Recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews for open roles
- Manage onboarding and ensure a smooth Day One experience
- Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and leaves (including FMLA)
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions
- Support HR compliance, records, and timekeeping
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of HR experience
- Hands-on recruiting and benefits administration background
- Solid Microsoft Suite proficiency (Outlook, Exel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Organized, responsive, and detail-driven
- HRIS/ATS experience; HR certification a plus
