What You'll Do

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will champion our culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience from the start of an employee’s journey with Wize Solutions through offboarding,  with a strong emphasis on owning and elevating the recruitment function across the organization.

This role will lead full-cycle recruiting for both field and administrative positions, partnering closely with the Director of Human Resources and business leaders to ensure we are attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. In addition to recruitment ownership, this role will support key HR initiatives including employee onboarding, performance and compensation management, benefit administration, and more.

We are looking for a business-oriented HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys building programs and processes from the ground up. This individual will build strong relationships with leaders and employees, bring a solution-oriented mindset, and execute with both urgency and care.
