HR Generalist- Westfield

Location: King of Prussia

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a visible and approachable resource for employees and supervisors on the production floor.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions, from job postings to extending offers.
• Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience to ensure new hires are well-prepared for success.
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, effective communication, and employee engagement strategies.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO regulations.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking to ensure accurate processing.
• Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and plant leadership to promote a safety-first culture.
• Enhance employee engagement through recognition programs and culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and compliance standards.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple shifts and spend time on the production floor.
• Ability to lead with influence and maintain an approachable demeanor.
