Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Monitor and address employee performance and conduct issues

Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Manage employee benefits and compensation packages

Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans

Collaborate with management to create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR management

Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts when necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
