Responsibilities
Maintain confidential information regarding employee relations, job performance, personal conduct, and disciplinary actions
Mediate employee relations issues and respond to concerns
Provide resolutions to compensation and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
Administer all leaves: ADA, medical, personal and parental leave
Develop and manage processes to optimize efficiency and quality
Identify opportunities to improve and drive culture change that align with the organization’s mission
Ensure the performance management is followed and effective
Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law and human resources.
Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
Oversee and maintain FLSA audits Coordinate and oversee new hire orientation with the talent team
Lead and launch the performance quarterly training program
Update and create all human resources policies
Act as the first point of contact for employeesDelegate day-to-day matters to appropriate team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
6+years human resource experience
3+ of HR management experience
Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
