Lead HR strategies and processes across the organization
Design and manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Oversee payroll coordination, compliance, and training
Promote a positive company culture and resolve employee relations issues
Develop and maintain performance management and staff development programs
Manage employee benefits, legal compliance, and HR policies
Collaborate with executives, payroll/accounting teams, and department managers
Monitor and report on HR metrics to support business decisions
Recommend and implement improvements in HR operations
Ā Qualifications
6ā 8 years of experience in HR or related fields
Proven HR management or senior HR professional experience
Experience in China manufacturing environments required
Experience in virtual, multi-location settings preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
Skilled in recruitment, performance management, and training
