We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR department, implement effective HR strategies, and ensure our workforce is engaged, supported, and aligned with our organizational goals. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about people management and driving company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures to support organizational growth and maintain legal compliance.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making offers, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching for development.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Administer and manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including leadership development and onboarding.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve HR practices.
  • Ensure company adherence to employment laws, including labor laws, equal employment opportunities, and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive company culture by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and internal communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and HR-related software.
